Automated Clearing House (ACH)
Credit transfers include direct deposit payroll and vendor payments. ACH direct debit transfers include consumer payments on insurance premiums, mortgages loans, and other kinds of bills. Please speak with the accounting department. **See fee Schedule
Automatic Transfers
This will allow you to have your Credit Union Loan payment transferred from your account and/or a set amount transferred from account to account on a monthly basis. Please call or see a member service representative.
Car Pricing

Check by Phone
Members that have a loan with the Bensenville Credit Union can use our Check By Phone service to make their payment from another financial institution. This convenient service can help you avoid making late payments and, as a result, save you form incurring late fees and negative marks on your credit report. Copy of a Check
Need a copy of a check and don’t have internet access? Contact our member service department with the information of your request. Please allow 24 hours research on all requests. **See fee Schedule
Corporate Checks
Can’t get to the credit union? Then we can send a check from your account to you. This can be done by contacting one of your member service representatives, through our A.P.R.I.L. (audio response) or Internet banking Systems.

Notary Public
This service is offered to our membership only and will require our member to produce current identification with a photograph, physical description and signature. A driver’s license, military ID or passport will usually be acceptable. A notary public is a public servant appointed by the State Government to witness the signing of important documents and administer oaths. This does not make your document “true” or “legal”.

Stop Payment on an ACH/Debit or Check /Block of Checks
You may, upon timely and proper request, at the Credit Union to stop payment on a check or other payment order drawn upon your checking account including preauthorized debits and ACH payments. You may request a stop payment by telephone, by mail, or by appearing in person. The stop payment will be effective in the Credit Union received the order in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order and you state the number of the account, date and number of the item, its exact amount, and to whom it was issued. If you give the Credit Union incorrect or incomplete information, the Credit Union will not be responsible for failing to stop payment on the item. If the stop payment order is not received in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order, the Credit Union will not be liable to you or to any other party for payment of the item. If we recredit your account after payment a check or other transaction item over a valid and timely stop payment order, you agree to sign a statement describing the dispute with the payee, to transfer to the Credit Union all of your rights against the payee or other holder of the draft, and to assist the Credit Union in legal action taken against the person.
Duration of Stop Ordered: Verbal stop payment orders remain in effect for fourteen (14) days. Written (with signature) stop payment orders are in effect for six (6) months. Lost and stolen checks will require you to fill out an affidavit and this stop payment will be in effect indefinitely or until you notify us otherwise. **See fee Schedule
Telephone Transfers between Accounts
A telephone transfer of funds from this account to another account with us, if otherwise arranged for or permitted, may be mad by the same persons and under the same conditions generally applicable to withdrawals made in writing. Unless a different limitation is disclosed in writing, we restrict the number of transfers form a saving account to another account or to third parties, to a maximum of six (6) per month (less the number of “preauthorized transfers” during the month). Other account transfer restrictions may be described elsewhere.
